I like pricing robots! I have used them for years to find the best prices online. I even have a web page featuring pricing robots. BUT - for textbook shopping, especially used textbooks, timeliness of the information is critical. During textbook buying periods used textbooks fly out of inventory and availability/pricing changes by the minute. Many pricing robots use databases to compile reports when requests are made. These databases are commonly updated nightly when web traffic is light. This may work for toasters but textbooks? This is why we built the Quick-Compare tool. A single page that allows you view a bookseller details on your book real-time; and compare multiple booksellers by simply clicking their tabs. Like our Quick-Compare then for future use!
